Hair, hair, hair... HAIR

God damn hair, why does it start with little thoughts like
"oh, I need my fringe trimming" then it just snow balls into you stood with scissors
"IM CUTTING IT ALL OFF AND LIVING IN WIGS!!" ...surely it's not just me?!
Or maybe I just bother too much
Especially since when I was in my early teens, I changed my hair constantly
Now, I've had a bob for about... 2years
This is so not me, and I guess it's driving me a little bit crazy

I have a few main problems to pin point with my hair, the first is styling
I'm not good at styling what so ever, when I had short hair, it was wasy... wax and go!
Now my hairs longer, I find myself straigtening and doing nothing more!
So I am always shocked when Formspring questions come in requesting tutorials
Because I do nothing, nothing at all to my hair except straigten it!

A while ago I tried to curl my hair and it was so strange
The left side curled into nice 'ringlets' but the right side... weird floppy loose curls
It was as if the right side was just un able to curl, I really can't understand!

So my dreams of curly Tsubasa hair seemed shattered
How can only one side of my hair curl?! I would try a curling iron or rollers
But I'm sure it's not a tool problem, it's a hair problem, so it would be wasteful

Another thing is I just do not understand how to do French Braids
Nor do I seem to know anyone that can do them either, they were really popular in the past year
I still really want to try out the first one in this page...
Even with a tutorial I'm like... "Whut?!" Haha hair all over!


Another problem is my cut and my OCD about my cut
I do not like layers or thinning even though my hair is very thick
It makes me hair frizzy, fluffy, messy and the front curves forward alot more too
So its just out the question for me lol

But with the length that I have now, it's hard to maintain a nice bob style
To me a perfect bob stays curled under at all times, but the way my hair lays
it touches my upper back (not that much) and sits there, and curls out
So, the best way to get a perfect bob at all times, is to have a short bob

Which sounds all well and good "What are you moaning for, doesn't this solve everything?"
Lol no I'm complicated!

and this is where the rambling and blab really starts!!
I'd like to grow my hair out longer, I've seen longer bobs too and I wonder
Once hair grows past the stage where it no longer rests on your shoulders/upper back
Can you curl the under in a bob style and have it last?

Detsu has a lovely length here and it's reaslistically acheivable
The main issue is that awkward horrible growing out phase
Not that I've had worse growing out from various short lengths including bald lol
But I just hate the non co-operative stage you have to be stuck with for ages

So then the crazy in me starts and I go against everything I've said so far and I'm like..
GIVE ME LAYERS, ASYMMETRY AND SHORTS :B
Frankie from The Saturdays has lovely hair
But going short again, my word I don't think I could... it's so scary to do it again hah
When it's your first time you don't care because you don't realise the stress of growing it hah

Also short hair with work, its good because I dont have to wear my hair up
But bad because I have to wear a baseball hat ALL the time, I would look like a boy
A boy with moobs... ROFL

Then my mind goes back to around this time last year when I had my weave
Ahhh the weave it was so lovely!
But weaves, extensions, all things lovely and fake do leave you with hassle
Your styles are limited to mostly down, since high up do's reveal your bonds etc
Not to mention care and of course price, it was over £100 for my weave, cant remember the full

andd your real hair need to be layered and thinned, it took me months to grow these out
Much longer than I had the weave in for! As mentioned above, I don't like layers
So having to live with them for that long was crap
Removing the weave itself was hell, I'll never forget my mum coming home
To find me sat on the floor, watching Gremlins, with a bowl of hair next to me
as I sat cutting the length off the weave and blathering my scalp in glue remover

But despite that, my love has been restores by Kanako
My word her hair is looking so lovely! I am actually in love!

Though with my colour, I guess I'd look alot more Momoko
Pfft I wish...
Right now I really can't justify getting a weave because of the cost
Long hair is also a work problem with having it up
Plus, all that money on hair and I have to spend most of my time hiding it under a hat?
