Rilakkuma Bath Salt in Aqua Marine
This was the first bath salts I had used, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect
When I poured the salts into my bath they landed with a bit of a thud, like stones
The colour took place quickly as it drained from the salts
They were left colourless and took a while to fully dissolve, so it wasn't comfy
There was nothing special about this product in terms or sweating or moisture
It was simply a fragrance salt
Packaging; ★★★★☆
The only major appeal to the package is that it's got Rilakkuma on it
Other than that it was shiney blue and not much else really!
Scent strength; ★★☆☆☆
It seemed to dissappear rather quickly but when it was around it was nice
Being "aqua marine" Its hard to describe though
I guess, fresh, would be a good word
Colour; ★★★☆☆
It was rather rich I can't deny that!

I got hold of mine in London but when it came for looking online
I didn't have very much luck in finding them! Only on the San-x store
There it is offered as part of a pack of 6
Though this particular salt wasn't the best in the world
The other scents sounds appealing, so I wouldn't cross it off my list yet!
These specific salts arent on YesStyle, but another type is
and it appears to come with a bath toy of some kind (here)

Bison Bakkantou Hot Bath Salt in Rose Champagne
I had heard about these salts through Jenny of SushiCat!
She loves the bath salts and I reccomend this post very much
So I was very excited to not only get hold of this product but to finally try it!
Pouring the salts into the bath was like a firework display
They make pop and crackling noises whilst dissolving
and some leave trails of dark colouring as they sink, it was very pretty!
The scent was strong as was the heat!
For the first 5 minutes or so the salts have a heating effect as they dissolve
The water also leaves a moisturising... "lube" on your skin

I think the packaging alone is what draw people to this brand!
Their character is so cute and devilish, they are always bright and fun
Scent strength; ★★★★☆
The scent started to dwindle after around 10mins
Swishing the water around re-released it but only temporarily
Regardless, the product contains rose oil which is one of my favourite scents!
Colour; ★★★☆☆
Watching some salts leave strongly coloured trails as they sunk
I expected the water to be alot more strong in colour
But still, a pink bath is lovely!

I knew it would be hot so I went in prepared with cold water to drink!
I did feel as though the bath helped me to sweat out more than I could usually do

I was a little nervous to try this salt out, a website had reccommended to take breaks
As if the water was going to be so heated that you couldn't sit in it for long
But luckily this wasn't the case and it just had a regular burst of heat when first used
Being a white coloured bath the salts looked like clouds when they were dissolving
Packaging; ★★★★★
I am almost in love with the brands packaging
Somehow with the reds and the clay, it looks Christmassy to me
Like Clay bath devil girl Santa... weird but pretty haha
Because the apple scent is supposed to be French
There are also French monuments on the bottom of the packet in white
Scent strength; ★★☆☆☆
I can't say it was easy to judge as I had the window open the whole time
But it didn't seem particularly strong and then later I couldn't managed to make it come back
by swishing the water like I had done before
Unfortunate because what I did smell of it was soooooo lovely!!
I hope keeping the window closed can help me smell it better next time

I loved that it mades the water opaque
I always feel a bit awkward looking at my own body especially in the bath
So it really helped me relax and enjoy the bath more!
Item specific rating - Clay effect; ☆☆☆☆☆
I was under the impression that this was suppose to be a clay bath
as that is the way it's advertised, especially on the packet
But there really is not clay consistency to the product at all!
So if thats why you want this salt, then think again
However, it's still a lovely salt to have, so don't be put off

My over all verdict; consider me swayed!
I at least want to try all the Bison range and who knows where it will go
I'm very much a shower person when it comes to washing
But having relaxing baths with these added salts is a lovely perk
They are often associated with dieting
and whilst they are not some miracle worker that will make you lose weight
Using bath salts can help sweat out toxins and remove dead skin cells
So it can at least help towards increasing beauty ♥
Bison salts are easly available too
