Keanash Strawberry Nose

Keanash make up for Strawberry Nose review!

I bought this recently and said I would review it!
When looking for reviews myself I found only a few and none showed noses
So I hope that my take on reviewing the product will be of help

First of all I bought mine from Alpha Beauty
But you can also find this product on Sasa as well as the version for cheeks ♥



I guess I should explain a strawberry nose?
If your nose has redness and/or open pores, then this prouct is for you!
If you have this condition on your cheeks, it's called Orange Cheek
...I can't help but wonder why the food reference
But it does sound better than "Red nose with black heads" for sure!! Haha

The product itself is a creamy texture that dries matte
When you use it, be sure to give the tube a REALLY good shake!
During my first few uses I found the product to be really runny with thicker chunks
But shaking it has mixed it together in a better form and it's much easier to apply now

Here is a teeny blob of it on the back of my hand
One thing for sure is a little does go a long way, so no worries of running out quickly



Though I'm not sure if its totally clear, here it is rubbed into my hand
You can see it's darker than my natural skin tone, though I am rather pale...
I was worried this would be a problem but a light dust of foundation evens the tone out well

I find I only need the foundation on my nose now just for that reason
Before with my concealer I was having to still use a lot of foundation to hide my nose


I thought it would be best to show the product in a half used shot...
As you can see the left side is covered and the right is my natural bare nose!
Thought I find alot of my outwardly bumps aren't hidden so much by the product
Any pores are covered very well and over all the matte finish is very welcomed ♥

(I am very sensitive about my nose, posting that picture took a lot of courage for me~)

The product claims a few things, so lets get rating...

High Coverage for Unevenness - ★★★★★
Perfect, it does exactly what you expect it to!

Prevent Makeup Dropoff - ★☆☆☆☆
It's so unfortunate that this claim hasn't worked out, I really wanted it to
I gave it one point though because whilst it does drop off by the end of the day
It in no way looks as bad, messy or oily as my nose had previously been!

Sebum Absorbing and Acne prevention - ★★★☆☆
I do feel as though my nose has become less oily with use of this product
and though I don't get as many spots around my nose I have got one
So I'm not sure what to make of it's acne prevention

With green-tea extracts for pore tighening performance - ※※※※※
I can't fairly rate this claim as I have been using other products to help this problem
So I couldn't say whether or not this particular product is helping with that

Can be used as a concealer for concerned area - ★★★★★
Certainly! I wish I could use this as my concealer full stop!

In natural skin color finish for the best matching and no fragrance - ★★★★☆
One point knocked off as it's not exactly my skin tone
But, it's not actually marketed for my skin tone lol
So I suppose I can't complain and it doesn't take a lot to help blend it into my make up
It is fragrance free too
