I'm sure anyone who wears lenses, prescription or for fun
Will know about the importance of lense care
But I just wanted to show this visual 'warning'
Which is a result of lense neglect and improper care, and was entirely accidental!
I went to get a pair of lenses from the box where I keep them all
and noticed something inside my Tear lenses... I still can't say for sure what it is
But its gross and I wouldn't dream of ever using a lense that grew this again
All I can think is that perhaps I didn't run these through my iPool
and just put them back into the case without cleaning them
Something which could be common if you're in a rush
But if you can't clean your lenses ASAP make sure you go back to them when you can
Leaving your lenses uncleaned could lead to mould as above
Cutting your usage time short, I didn't even have these a month!
I'm just glad it was a pair I was not as fond of as other that I own
Because it would suck to lose a pair you love so soon!
So remember girls, clean your lenses regularly! ★
