Not really a sponsored review, though I am an Ambassador
This is part of an item set/lucky bag I got from Eyeko not too long ago
(I did not know what I was going to receive)
The blush is in a shade called; Glow Getter
"Pale iridescent pink, perfect for a pinch of colour for pale skinned beauties
or as flattering highlighter for dark skinned honeys."
I really do like the colour and the fact that its combined
This way you can choose from either or use both to create new shades
I thought the case seemed rather bulky and I could hear a rattle noise
I was really confused as the make up wasn't moving, then I looked underneath...
In the bottom of the case is a brush compartment
It also holds a small mirror which is great and very handy for touch ups!
The brush though, it's pretty damn useless! I threw it away in honesty
It had hard, plastic feeling bristles and did not pick up the blush well
It really didn't even apply any onto my face either
The bristles also fell out rather easily and were left on my face, mmm beard.
So that was very unfortunate, I may even email Eyeko and tell them about it
Because there isn't much point providing a brush which can't do it's job
When sweeping across the blush it became loose and did spread around
So be careful if you happen to be anywhere white
It was almost powder like when it did this, I've not had it with other blushes before
and here it is applied!
It is rather pale but can easily be built up and it does live up to being iridescent
I think this is because of the two shades and also the light shimmer to the blush
Packaging; ★★★★★
Eyeko have such cute packagine with very little waste to it
The blush itself is also in functional packaging which is great!
Application; ★☆☆☆☆
Low rating because the brush you are suppose to apply with is poop
Also because of the powdering when you brush on the make up
Colour; ★★★★☆
It's very cute, I just knocked off a star for the pale
I do prefer a more vibrant blush
