Going to College

Been digging out my stationary because as the title suggests

I am going to college!

Here in the UK, college is usually attended before University

But I have managed to do this backwards hahaha



The course starts on Sept 12th with an induction session before that on the 7th

I am so nervous for many reasons!



It's been a while since I studied anything but Japanese, so that will be weird

Having classes where I speak and take notes in English, that will be weird too lol

Being 22 when some (perhaps most) people in the class won't be 18 yet... yikes!



The course I applied for was Animal Care but because of my education level

I have been accepted for SD Animal Management

It's such a big change, but I always loved animals, forever had pets

I even did work experience at a Veternary Surgery too, it was awesome



I don't know if I will go into Vet nursing, who knows where my path will take me

But there are so many animal based professions I can work towards on my course

I'd love to breed dogs too for sure hehe

The college also has strong links with the zoo at Flamingo Land

So I will even be able to go and learn in a practial way there, how amazing!

(I wonder if we can go on the rides in the amusement park too? hahaha)





I'm not sure if or how this can affect my blog in the future

I have no idea of the work load or time table for the course

Plus whilst I guess it will be getting me up and out, I may not always

be dressed to impress, especially if it's a day of practical learning lol

I need to buy steel toe cap boots and working over alls hah

I wonder if they will let me have leopard boots and purple suits? LOL



Oh, I am also clearing out my Japanese text books on eBay
