W♥C... you break my heart!

So the leopard sneakers were FINALLY released
I had seen a few models wearing them months ago and soooo wanted them

They come on the webstore and whats this... they are ¥13,440?!
Being the sucker I am, I can't deny that I tried to buy a pair
Though they sold out 30secs after being released so I wasn't successful

But why, why why why why WHY are they ¥13,440

When the other sneakers in dot print are ¥9,345?



Thats a difference of ¥4,095 for a very similar pair of shoes!!
I understand there's a difference in materials but to me, it's the same shoe
Just in a different pattern

I really can't get my head around this
and even though I do love the leopard sneakers... they're over £100
Knowing they are priced so much higher than the other sneakers
For seemingly no good reason, it makes me realise I won't end up buying them

As much as I love the brand and am clearly loyal to it
I have noticed before this type of pricing, on items they know will be really popular etc
It's such a shame and is disheartening for me!
