Wii fit +

Working out with Wii Fit can be fun, I had a session today
and since I've got bloggers block, felt I may as well write about it hehe

My fatty Mii haha, this weight wasn't taken from today though
I've only lost 1llb since this time though, look at the BMI jump
I used Wii Fit to lose weight before, I was less than this weight then
and I got my BMI to Ideal, so I hope I can do it again

I'm pretty glad we have a new Wii now
If I had returned to my old Wii Fit account and seen my weight increase from Ideal
I think that would have hurt a lot more than it already does for sure lol

So today, I didn't really want to over do it, my tummy area is still sore
I had to have a procedure in hospital last week to determine if I had Bowel Cancer or not
So I am a bit tender, but the great news is that nothing was found ♥
I was in a lot of pain yesterday, so I tried to take it easy

Started with fun things, like rythm Kung fu and the boxing
Then I used the Wii Fit plan, where you choose areas you want to work on
Such as; Leaner mii, over indulged, hips and thighs etc...
I chose to do 2 of each kind I chose, so I did the following

Single leg twist, snowball fight, jogging, lunge, skate board arena, cycling,
chair (yoga pose), step aerobics, standing knee (yoga pose), single leg
extension, balance bridge, tricep extension

It really makes me laugh when it says stuff like this
Be god at a certain exercise and you are a Muscle Legend... instant results! Rofl

Then I had to stop, I was aching from my recent prodecure and it wanted me to do
Super Hula Hoop
There was no way I could do it and risk being in pain
Shame though because I frigging LOVE to Hula on the game hehe

All together it was 43mins
For 161 kcals
That means I burt the equivelant of some ice cream in a cone

Having Wii Fit count calories is good in thise way
You can also set a calorie goal for sweets etc and burn off enough to eat some
Though the down side is, you die jogging and burn only 12kcal!
It really does go to show that it's so much more difficult to lose these things
and way too easy to gain them!!

Also trying harder to diet now, I went on the Jenny Craig website
To have a look at their diet plans
I had already eaten one of their breakfast's and lunch items without realising lol
I made a Japanese curry for my evening meal packed with veggies ♥
I always make sooo much though, best portion it for freezing!


Do any of you use Japanese, beauty, bed sock, things lol (these)
I was catching up with Ameblo blogs and they were mentioned a few times
I can't help but be skepitcal, look at this before and after picture here... shopped?


On the note of weight, thank you to whoever posted the lovely secret of me this week
It's always super scary to casually scroll down and see yourself on there
