I hope regardless of your relationship status you have had a lovely day
Me? I spent today on an 8 hour shift at work haha
I celebrated with my man on the weekend as we could both have the time off easier
Work was hectic, I though Cinema dates were common nothing special haha
Though we didn't do anything too special really
We spent time together in Town at the International Market
Drooling over all the amazing foods (usually it's scary, weird meats but it was nice this time!)
and we bought some delicious hand made Italian pastries! Om nom nom
But gifts, I know what you wanna see don't worry hehe
My "haul" hehe
I came home to these roses ♥
He has tried to have the delivered as a suprise before I went to work
But unfortunatly they arrived 15mins or so after my shift started which was a shame
Not that it takes anything away from them of course, they're still Beautiful!
2 cards hehe, spoilt even with cards ♥
And my amazing (£95) jumper by Sister, a brand for TopShop
Oh why thank you ♥ hehehe
I had been eyeing this for a long time I am so damn happy he listens when I ramble!
and no picture, but I bought him some Converse that were a collaboration with DC comics
There was a Green Lantern pair and thats his favourite superhero
The happy couple...
This month also see's our year and a half anniversary hah
I love my mister so very much and I feel so lucky to have him in my life ♥
and wow, has he been there a long time!
Most couples can explain their meeting easily, but us, it's before we had real memories
We attended Nursery (pre-school) and play school (community activies) together
Through that our families knew each other, so even though we didn't attend
First school together, my cousins and him/his siblings did
We attened Middle school together and here is where we "really" met
Not exactly good friends, but not strangers either, the same for High school!
In High school we studied different languages, which meant our classes were all split
Thats how it worked for timetables and such with is being a large school
We were never friends or such, but knew each other and had a lot of mutual friends
I was... "wierd" in how I dressed and such
I don't blame a lot of people for not being my friend with the image I portrayed haha
and then came 6th Form (College), we were in the same Form class
We also studied British Politics together, it's here where we became good friends!!
He was so sweet back then, typing up notes for me when I missed class and such ♥
Turns out we were a little sweet on each other then, but nothing came of it
Year 2 of 6th Form and I stopped studying Politics, so we drifted apart a little
Then he "graduated" and I didn't, so I stayed to study another year
We saw each other at a couple of parties, always managed to have a good laugh then!
and then I went to Uni and we lost touch for literally years it seems!!
It wasn't until my first Summer home at a party for my best friends new house we met again
I was instantly re-sweetened, I knew straight away it wasn't friend love I had for him
It was something more!!
More parties and nights out ensued, he got Facebook just to chat with me haha
and then after our friends party, he let me borrow his coat to go home in
To pay him back, I bought him The Warriors on DVD
and the rest... is history ♥
