Well, with my growing "addiction" to bath salts it's no surprise I would love Lush
The weekend before my birthday, my boyfriend let me loose on their bath bombs
and when we got home I realised we had accidentally been over charged
Since the store isn't local it was hard to simply go back about it
and I decided to drop them a quick e-mail about it
The customer service were wayyyy sweet, kind and helpful!
After sending them the receipt for proof etc
They were awesome enough to send me this apology...
Bath goodies! Total = £10.59 ♪
(Think Pink, Sex bomb, Amandopondo and Blackberry Bomb)
Oh my god, I was so shocked and excited to see these
Seriously, it was way too kind of them
I thought they would just send samples or something, not full products!
I emailed back to thank them, I also made sure to mention how fantastic
the employees at the Leeds branch truely are, they are nuts in the best possible way ♥
All my Lush bath goodies are wrapped up and in one of their shop bags
in my bedroom, so my room smells mildly like one of their stores now
If they ever made oil diffusers etc, I would love that for sure!
I hope you don't mind like little excitment post here haha
